Despite working at a gay organization for many years, I've never dealt with the question of coming out. But in reality, I do struggle with deciding whether or not I should come out? Coming out may be an endless thing, but my own expectation is that one you figure out a way to do it, it can be used as a tool to educate others, rather than harming yourself again and again.
