Coming out is a lengthy but necessary process. First I had to figure out who I was, then admit it to myself, and finally, affirm it to myself. Only then was I able to gradually share it with my family, friends, colleagues, and relatives. It took me 10 years to finally figure out who I am. My life is no longer a confusing mess.
